A Date With Planet Earth
Al Gore and his group of supporters are releasing a new environmental film, “Home” today, 5 June, to world-wide audiences. The “Home Project” is more than a movie. It is a major multi-media events to celebrate the World Environment Day. Yann Arthus Bertrand is more than a film-maker. He is a dedicated environmentalist whose aim is to reach widest possible audiences to convince people of all nationalities and cultures to take concerted action to safeguard the fragile planet in which we live. The launching of this film is done at movie theaters, televisions, with DVD and Internet in more than 50 countries. A project website is created for this occasion to link-up with people wanting to take an active role in this important global action. I have browsed through the new website and have enjoyed viewing the slide-show of beautiful photographs, taken from the air, of the Solar Power Houses in Germany; Caravan in Mauritania; Wheat Harvesting in Nepal and Colorado; Wetland in Brazil; and Lake Agigar Volcanic System in Iceland. The project is well-planned which I am sure will guarantee success in safeguarding our environment. Each one of us can join in from wherever we live by using the map provided for in the website using Internet as a mean of communication. Official sponsors of the film project hope that the impact of “Home” will make us change the way we live, moderate the consumer lifestyle, and take direct responsibility, individually and collectively, for the survival of our Planet.

Hi, Congratulations to the site owner for this marvelous work you’ve done. It has lots of useful and interesting data.
